REFUND POLICY – ROYALVVS®


DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

All products and memberships offered by RoyalVVS® are digital informational products delivered electronically.

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales are final.

RoyalVVS® does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access to digital materials has been granted.


NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES

The following purchases are strictly non-refundable:

  • Vendor or supplier access links

  • Digital downloads or databases

  • Membership enrollments

  • Subscription payments

  • Renewal or recurring billing charges

  • Promotional or discounted offers

Digital delivery is considered completed once access credentials, links, or materials are sent via email or made available through our platform.


MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

RoyalVVS® memberships renew automatically at $49.99 every 30 days unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

By purchasing or enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Billing occurs automatically

  • Failure to cancel before renewal results in a valid charge

  • Previously processed payments are non-refundable

Cancellation prevents future billing only.


CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after digital access has been delivered constitutes a violation of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

RoyalVVS® reserves the right to submit evidence including:

  • Access confirmation records

  • IP address logs

  • Delivery timestamps

  • Checkout policy acceptance

  • Usage verification

Accounts associated with disputed transactions may be permanently restricted or terminated.


THIRD-PARTY VENDOR DISCLAIMER

RoyalVVS® provides informational access only.

We do not control or guarantee:

  • Supplier inventory

  • Shipping times

  • Product quality

  • Vendor communication

  • Business outcomes or profits

Refund requests based on third-party vendor performance will not be approved.


ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE CLAIMS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions prior to purchase.

Claims including but not limited to:

  • “I changed my mind”

  • “I didn’t use the information”

  • “I misunderstood the product”

  • “I expected physical products”

do not qualify for refunds.
