1. GENERAL OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement,” or “TOS”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“user,” “customer,” or “member”) and RoyalVVS® (“RoyalVVS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing access to and use of our website, digital products, memberships, and informational services.

By accessing this website, completing a purchase, enrolling in a membership, or receiving digital materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

All materials are delivered electronically via email, dashboard access, download link, or secure portal.

Delivery is considered complete immediately once access is granted.

3. DIGITAL DELIVERY & ACCESS

Upon successful payment, customers receive digital access which may include:

Vendor links
Supplier contact information
Resource databases
Membership portal entry

RoyalVVS® is not responsible for failure to access materials caused by incorrect email entry, spam filtering, or user-side technical issues.

4. REFUNDS, DISPUTES & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Due to the intangible and instantly delivered nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

Vendor access purchases
Digital downloads
Membership enrollments
Subscription renewals

Once access has been granted, you expressly waive any right to refund, reversal, or cancellation.

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated after digital delivery constitutes a breach of these Terms.

RoyalVVS® reserves the right to submit:

Access timestamps
IP logs
Download confirmations
Policy acceptance records
Checkout disclosures

to dispute payment reversals.

Access may be permanently revoked for disputed transactions.

5. THIRD-PARTY VENDOR DISCLAIMER

RoyalVVS® functions solely as an informational intermediary.

You acknowledge that:

All suppliers are independent third parties
RoyalVVS® does not own or control vendors listed
Pricing, quality, fulfillment, and shipping are outside our control
Any transactions conducted with vendors occur solely between you and the vendor

RoyalVVS® makes no guarantees of profit, income, business success, or results.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE & CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

Share, resell, or redistribute vendor information
Provide account access to third parties
Copy or reproduce RoyalVVS® databases
Use materials for unlawful or deceptive purposes

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All RoyalVVS® materials, databases, branding, content, and digital resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of RoyalVVS®.

Unauthorized distribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

RoyalVVS® shall not be liable for:

Supplier performance issues
Financial losses
Business outcomes
Third-party disputes
Expected earnings or profitability

Use of provided information is entirely at your own risk.

9. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

RoyalVVS® reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for:

Policy violations
Fraudulent activity
Abuse or redistribution of materials
Excessive disputes or chargebacks

Termination does not entitle the user to refund.

10. MEMBERSHIP & RECURRING BILLING

Certain RoyalVVS® services include recurring membership access.

By enrolling, you authorize recurring billing of:

$49.99 every 30 days, unless canceled prior to renewal.

Membership benefits may include:

Updated vendor resources
Expanded supplier access
Exclusive digital content
Ongoing database updates

Benefits may change at our discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime by contacting:

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

RoyalVVS® reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
