RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At RoyalVVS®, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund where appropriate.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

CHARGEBACK & DISPUTES

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated without contacting us first, RoyalVVS® reserves the right to provide evidence including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Tracking information
  • Policy acceptance at checkout
